you got the wrong mount
thats a chassi mount you dont need that

yeah ust connect the mount bracket that goes onto the engine straight onto your original corsa chasis mount. thats for the later type ones with pas or a 16v

so all i need to do is use the bracket from the xe mount in the cav with the chassis mount already on my corsa?

that new mount you have in the pic is for pas and 16v models, you dont need it. you need the mount that goes from engine to your original mount on chasis leg. dunno if this is a std item, pretty sure it isnt
