Looking for a manual for a beginner. Just put XP on a mates computer so looking for a manual to print off for them.

He's a total beginner as such. Can do the very basics but with help.

you mean you illegally downloaded windows xp, and then illegally aquired a windows activation crack, in effect allowing your 'special friend' to be able to use windows xp for free?

My friend purchased Windows XP Pro from a shop and i just installed and activated it for him

If he actually doesnt mind buying a help guide - Windows XP for dummies is quite good.

I got one for PHP/MYSQL Programming a while back - very good if you ask me.

I personally don't like dummies books, I borrowed one years ago on C programming and unless you were working through their tutorials on how to do things it didn't actually tell you anything.
