the mac laptop will more than likely destroy anything performance wise, but only on certain programs plus nothing from windows to mac is compatiable apart from Word documents, etc. the actual programfiles will have to be in mac format which costs alot of doller, and you cant "find" mac stuff very easily.

There's a lot of things compatible between Mac & Windows. Also, the Powerbook will perform better and last far longer with the battery. Oh, and OSX is a faster operating system.
