was just wondering how is this done? for say i wanted to have speakers custom built into them how would i do it?

build supports from mdf and then i'd use fibreglass to build up the shape around that

yeh frames for speakers from mdf then i used tights over mine pulled them tight to get shape and fibreglassed over top then filler to finish

Yea, you start with an mdf base



then make a mould and fibreglass MATT 2/3 layers


(thats only one layer tho)

then filler, sand, filler, sand, and so on


until your happy


you could alternaitvely send a bit of cash my way and keep your hands clean
