i dont see how?
i had my last corsa lowerd 60mm
and hada 2 1/2" bore rally system on and that never rattled/knoked on the rear beam

ive fitted my new system to my new corsa and the same all sweet sounding

Is it clamped to one of your centre pipes or totally welded to the centre pipe?

If not, loosen the clamps neat the back box and centre section, soak both in wd40, leave for a while then loosen off and re-adjust!

mine turned out to be a hanger had snapped so exhaust was sitting too low

mine does it aslwell, stopped it for a while buy wrapping some fabric which i thought was heat proof. we sat in taffic on m3 for about 1 hour and it caught on fire. car was to low to do anything aslwell. im stuck for ideas on how to solve the problem

phil, its the speed bumps in southwater, u should rear slow down a bit

try the tire idea, i probably got sum laying bout if u want it.

i had this on my corsa. Stiffer centre silencer and backbox rubber mounts sorted it

same as - happened on my old corsa cos the old mounting rubbers were worn to hell

the ones which came with the lexmaul i have now give it absolutely NO play whatsoever!

mine does this aswell lol

it done it as soon as i lowered it so i bought a brace to pull the pipes to the backbox up, but its settled and is doiing it again abit lol

i got that problem aswel apparently all u gota do is turn the pipe around or some ink!! but mines gettin sorted wen i get exhaust fitted next week
