it was for a corsa. but it does get worse. when i got pulled over, my reg was still registered with my black saxo for some reason. so not only did the reg not match the car, but i had no insurance for the car not good really

nu are a pain sometimes.the only time i ever got through to someone english is when i didn't renew.you should have got some sort of documents through the door after a month or are they sending them from india aswell now

sure the phoneline gets diverted to india so wudnt surprise me if they sent it from there

The Police can check if you had insurance at that time - if you "offer" this as a alternative and they turn it down - it will be thrown out of court. Just because you dont have the document doesnt mean your not insured.

Just dont drive to the court

they jst do what they want. all i can say is that i was insured but have no proof. upto them what they do, but i aint paying any fine or out.

how do u manage that? when i was 17, must had got pulled every night on average, sometime 2 or 3 times in one day lol. amazes me how some never get pulled

haven't you got proof of them taking the money out of ur account for the insurance ?? surely they could send out some confirmation of ur insurance for that period of time, ask to speak to a supervisor or sumthin.

Seriously, i got caught out... i spent 20seconds of the driveway in my dads car and bang... in court for no insurance, they don't negotiate or let you off with anything, i got a 200 quid fine and banned for 14days thats with a top notch solicitor on the case for me
