we used to get stuff faling off shelves all the time when no one was stood by them and they were dead straight on the walls.
Taps used to turn on and off and weird stuff
its just creepy

The pub that i work at is haunted, used to be a hotel, a few people have killed themselves in the rooms upstairs, so they're haunted now.
We have ghost walks come through every day pretty much, just take them down to the cellar, which used to be part of Derby Gaol, because it's below ground level, it got flooded once so a load of people drowned in the cells.
Never seen anything myself, have seen glasses explode tho, and the assistant manager lives in a flat upstairs, he hears thing every day, doesnt leave his room once he's gone to bed.

I was alone in my room at uni (it's dark)... Lights off (curtains closed)
Heard some weird noise coming from my en suite, like some of the stuff falling on the floor.
I just ignored it, but then about 2 mins later I heard my shower switch on.
Got up and went to open the door, but the door felt like it was locked (no lock on this door!!!) - still can hear the shower.
Absolutely yanked at the door and it flew open, shower was off - but there was water on the floor? 
Properly shat me up.

Oh yeh also - when I was new to this uni, was asleep in my room completely pitch black (bit of ambiant light coming through the window)
My PC was off, but all of a sudden it starts booting up - I open my eyes hearing this, and see a person hanging from the ceiling (face facing the door, so I only saw the back). Closed my eyes quickly and then re-opened them and it was gone.
Put the light on, got out of bed, switched the pc off and went back to bed

before I moved into my current house a young family used to live here, they moved out because there youngest child electrocuted himself and subsequently died. The lights used to turn themselves on and off, freaked me out big time, untill my old man re-wired the house
All has been fine since

one i was in an abbandoned building (apart of hyroids a menstal institute)
the rooms was basically a big squrare with 4 rooms 2 on each end
like this :
we went in all four rooms and there was a surgenys trolly, ( you know the things they put the tools on) well that was in room X and that was the last room we went in.. ew was just getting out of the building as it wasnt very interesting and we heard a very very loud crash and sounded like a cutlery draw had been dropped from a hight. .
anyway we decided to check it out and we found that the trolly had been moved from room X to room O.. we quickley exited and ive never been back, that was 11 years ago
