When i sand the plastic down and iv sprayed it with plastic primer, then i will wet Sand it but what do i use to get rid of all the dust? just water?white Spirit?

When i do the pods how do you get the made up Speaker ring to stay wils you fiberglass round it?

depends wat u want. u cud smooth it to the plastic quite easily yeah, but u will need a wooden ring and some supports.
A hot glue gun is invaluable too.

i cut out the grill, then bought a autoleads adaptor and fiberglassed that in place, then bodyfiller for the final shape...
