Did this a few days okay as front tyres were getting more wear on them and now when it hit 60 mph plus the steering wheel shakes.

The wheels appear to be balanced as they've got lead weights on them from when they were on the rear, bolts are right tightness and typre pressures are what they should be.

Any ideas what it is as it never did it before i swapped them over

They just need balanced again.

Now that you've swapped them over to wear the rears down, it means you'll be replacing four tyres instead of just two when the time comes.
