gonna get a mate of mine to weld some bad boy extensions on to my bonnet, but he's unsure exactly how to go about it! any help/pics/info on how it's done would be really helpful!

Hold up a piece of card to your bonnet, cut around it so it fits snug on the area of the bonnet that goes around the headlight.
Then shape it to how you want the extension.
Then use the carboard as a template and cut the steel out the same.
Then weld it on smooth it and paint it.
Sorted.
