Have had this for ages now, but only just decided to sort it out. car judders really badly when braking above 50mph. Changed disc and pads, still didnt cure it, so changed suspension bushes, which were worn, but still hasnt cured it.
Any ideas?

Mine does it, i've fcuked my EBC Discs in 3months, not good!

Could be warped discs plus some of the others above, check the wheel bearings as well, play in this can cause shaking.

Worn shockers?

Dont think its buckled wheels, as had new tyres 2 weeks ago, and surely theyu would have noticed that when balancing.
ill have to try new track rod ends next weekend.

Is the juddering through the steering wheel or the pedal?

get the wheels in the air, if there is play, replace what is worn, will most prob be track rod ends, or tracking, jus go through it all one by one.

I have replaced the control arm bushes.
The juddering is felt through the steering.
And the wheels nuts are deffinatly tight.

Like i said, the tracking is fine as had no tyre wear. Tried an old set of steelies this morning and it still judders, so i know its not the wheels.

Have found a steering arm ball joint gaitor which is split, so a new ball joint is on order. could this be the problem?

will be that then mcukgets in them, dries up all the grease and the whole which is supposed to be round becomes an egg shape so the joint moves under pressure and eventually it will pop causing major damage
