turning right, vectra slams into the back of me

no one is gonna repair a 1989 mk2 nissan s12 the bumper is creased, the fuel tank is held on by 1 strap now exhaust is bent
and poss suspension damage
worst of all the boot floor is creased and the whole rear panel

just got back from hospital, neck n shoulders are sore

fucking gay, i liked that car

well it a 1989 so insurance will probably try and give me £500 for it if im lucky
im gonna argue the point and try for 1k cos ive spent £1800 in last 3 months inc buying it getting it sorted

gotta walk to work as i havent even started fully working on my corsa

It's a sad story but i've gotta point out what you said to me when i got my first Saxo. You said you would never get a new car because if it was written off you would never get your money back. However, i was not that stupid and took out another plan for £190 so if the car was written off i got the full 6k back. In this case you qre the stupid one.

I also think there is nothing wrong with you and you went the hospital so that you could make a claim.

fuck you ive got metal plates and screw's and allsort's in my face from previos surgery
so i am goin to hospital to get checked out
ask alan he's seen me and know about it.

i hate ppl who make false claims i really do
but im sore and neck and top of shoulders are sore so im gonna claim for it

if he is injured yes, but noone knows the circumstances, fair enough he said he is sore etc, but whenever this is a car crashed post, some nob posts saying put a claim in for whiplash

im not after big ££ i mean the lad who hit me was young so he's probaly not feeling great either.

i just want near the figure ive spent on the car so i can get another car or set the corsa up as my daily driver

That was for 3 years cover. Lets look at it this way, a Saxo 3 years old is worth around 2.5 - 3k tops. So i might accidentally in 3 years reverse really fast into a lamppost and than floor it in 1st into the skip in front 6k back to me
