At the end of the day
i was selling a car which i wasent bothered really about selling i was in no rush as it had been sat for months anyway in my garage so another few wouldent make any differance.
Holly said she would have it (NovaGTE was also interested around the same time, i turned him down as i already said holly could have it; this was around Jan'05), and agreed , the car had a few problems and i couldent give it to holly straight away.
Holly then stopped contacting me
As i wasent really bothered about selling the car after Holly stopped contacting me i dident think anything off it i was just thinking she had lost interest and dident really want to wait till i have the problems sorted.
Nova GTE came along a made me a offer again about 3 weeks ago which i took nearly 3 months on
In that time i even offered to swop Dave for the reg plate C5RSA......
i can not see where i have gone wrong......

she isnt the first person to say she called him and he didnt answer or reply to messages/u2u ect
im not getting involved because my opinion of him will never change and i prob have more right to have an opinion than most of you on here
top and bottom of it is she said she rang he said she didnt, the only people that no the truth are them two and its noone elses business to say otherwise
speaking from experience though i know for sure who i would beleive

i am not saying she dident ring me, she did loads of times, BUT after the night when the golf broke down and she offered me £700 to collect it on a trailer i heard nothing at all from there on after.....
the car was sat here doing nothing, if she would of come with £1000 she could of had it, but she had not been in contact for 3 months after the night stated above, so i sold to NovaGTE 3 weeks ago

after that night you never rang, if you would of said "ok i will just come and get it" with £1000 you could off, you havent rang me in months and u know it. the cars only been sold about 3 weeks ago. so if you saying u had rang me all the time over the past 3 months or so upto the time i had sold it to NovaGTE they why would i of taken your money way before NovaGTE, as £1000 or u is the same as £1000 of him?
Now if you had been ringing me all the time sinice Jan'05 and i had just ingnored them and then went onto sell it NovaGTE i would understand where this is coming from. But you havent been in contact since that night.....

And how long ago is that Jan'05, if you also look NovaGTE wanted it back then, but because she wanted i did not sell it him back then, but it was only sold him him 3 weeks ago cos she wanted it.
Now if i had sold it to NovaGTE back then i can understand why she is so angry but its now 3 months on and i only sold it 3 weeks ago.
i spoke to her since that date and said i would drop it off and that was the night it golf broke down on its first trip, which was the night she offer me £700 to come on a trailer
