just bought some 17"kahns. they are fine on the front but they rub on the back when going over bumps and can only go bowt 20mph without rubbing when people are in the back.
i know ive got to do sumut to the rar arches,but what and how?

what offset are they m8 and what profile tyre have you got on them?

you basically chop, grind and hammer until they don't rub...
remove the top two arch bolts either side, maybe remove the arches and bond em back on

This is wot Ive done to my rear arches (fronts dont scrub at all) Ive got 17" ET45 alloys and the car is lowered 30mm
chopped the metal arch back to just below the bolt holes
flared the metal arch by using a hammer and block of wood
sanded the lip of the plastic arch
And Ive also chopped back the bolts as far as I could that hold on the plastic arch
Mine still catch a bit cos its catching further up the arch on the main body of the car but its nothing serious and only when I go over a really bad bump!

Oh and I can only really have 1 person in the back or 2 very light people on smooth roads!
