I have this really annoying grinding noise when i go round right had turns and something is under load (onlt happens on right hand turns not left hand), im not sure what it is but ive got an xe in using M-tech hubs and shafts without the rear gearbox spacer on. I have just changed the cv's for brand spanking new ones and the bearings were new when conversionw as done 5000 miles. I think the noise is slowly getting worse and worse, i also have Gaz coilovers if this helps andy one got any ideas what it could be cos i have absoulutely no idea and have been trying to sort it for a while. Also the clutch release bearing needs to be changed but im pretty sure that it wouldnt cause this.
Cheers andy

have a look at the dust sheild on the front brakes, there only thin metal and bend easily. Could be rubbing on the disc.

comes from the front left of the car as you are sat in it and only on right hand corners
