Right i got the autoleads adapter for my pioneer dehp6500r, the iso blocks are fine but it has some weird headphone jack stylee twhing but i cant see anywhere to put it in the back

does it need to be used or is that for certain ones?! or is the h/u no capable, it should be tho cos u can use a remote on it!

HELP!!!
