I had an hour to kill earlier & thought I'd take the panels out the back

Couldn't decise wether or not to take these panels off. Decided in the end that Im gonna leave them on

For some reason there was a piece of wood bonded onto the boot floor Very strange That HAD to go!

Loads of this fookin sound deadening in there too Its a total arse to get out Anyone know the best way to get it off?

Noticed one or two bits of rust whilst I was doing it Gonna have to get it all cut out & have afew bits welded in. Then lots & lots of waxoyl is going on there!!!

Been thinking about having all the inside sprayed up too. Could either do it the same colour as the car or have it done in white rally style. Dunno tho

Anyone help me on the sound deadening removal?

I had a quick attempt at it & got covered in the black glue stuff

i found the standard stuff a pain to get off when it was cold. just chipped off in tiny bits.
was much easier to heat it up with a hot air gun, and lift it with a screwdriver.
the remaining glue is coming up slowly with white spirit and scouring pads.

heard dynamat is pretty sticky shit though.

paint the floor body colour

Its not a factory fit one though & I wasn't sure if it would look really bad without the rooflining.

I'll go & try to take a pic now

Best thing to get any sticky residue off is paint thinners, cuts right through it.
