panel filter goes inside your standard airbox.
just left of the engine.

lol.... mate u need to look to the left of ure erngine u will see a black box with a pipe leading into it from the front of the car and then a pipe coming out the back to some box thingy....
there shud be some clips on the side of said box which u can remove to reveal ure old vx panel filter then simply swap them over
