Some old duffer cunt fuck arse face forgot how to use round-a-bouts 
I was in the inside lane, taking the 2nd exit (straight on). He was in the outside lane going all the way round for some reason.... came across the front of the car, dented the wing, ripped the headlight out, scratched the bumper and alloy. Tracking is out etc
fucking as it's for sale, and i'm having to fork out £400 excess for now, to get it back at some point

this makes me mad as fuck everytime i hear about it, why dont they make a retest for people over a certain age, and i think bringing in a rule where if you have 3 or mote accident at your own fault then you should have to take retest

he didnt have a clue what he'd done to start with.... he was a bit take aback by my lanuage and clenched fists i think i wasnt too happy....
he then later admitted fault once i explained what he'd done!
What pisses me off the most is the fact that his car was undamaged as i managed to brake so much and turn right with him that it was his rear arch and wheel that hit my wing.... his inside arch ripped my headlight out.

I had exactly the same accident on my old clio, some tit in wrong lane came across and smacked the plastic wing. Trouble is he had a mate in his car and I was on my own with no other witnesses who stopped. We both decided to sort our own cars ourselves. It cost me £270 to repair

i usually use outside lane for going left or straight over, and inside for turing right or 3rd exit if there is more than 4 exits

inside lane coming upto and you can choose either exit lane straight on, but these days have to watch for nuggets in the right lane going straight on causing above ^^^^ see it everyday and I reckon Taxi and Focus drivers are the worst

you are supposed to use the left lane for going straight on and turning left only. 3rd exit and so on you use the right hand lane

No Adam I was meaning the inside lane for straight on but on the exit you can choose either exit lane. (obviously if it's a 2 lane exit) but often people use the the right lane on the entering the roundabout, intend to go straight on and exit on the second of the 2 straight on lane. This causes havoc all the time. I blame Taxis

if its a two lane roundabout i meant,
triple lane ones usually have arrows in lane, and u can use left hand lane or middle for going straight on

You are lucky he admitted fault.
If he wasnt indicating and was going for the next exit or the one after, and you ran in to him, its your fault. As he wasnt indicating to take the exit you were taking.
If you read the highway code you will see you can use the outside lane without indicating until you decide which exit you want to take, indicate for that exit and take it.

you use the lane with the subscribed arrow for the direction you are going. if there is no other cars around you can take the straightest route. if there are no markings the left lane can be used for going left and straight on, the right lane can be used for going right and straight on.

u can use the inside lane for going straight sometimes but u run the risk of having what happened mr kindness happening.....
your man was at fault BUT if you had of used the outside lane u would have been behind him and wouldnt have had any problems...
