Story..
car been running fine all day...no problems...
went out a few hrs ago and dash lights came on then died.....
NOW..........car will not start....No dash lights......Lights/hazards etc not working.........Car will not do anything with TOAD key fob or VAUX key fob..
TRied both key fobs...batts ok in them..light on fob coming on ok.
Every time I open a door TOAD alarm goes off...................
Also.Radiator fan constantly running...have had to disconnect....
TOAD alarm LED not flashing or anything so can't use manual override as per instructions....
Have had to lock all doors manually for moment.
there is nothing from car at all EXCEPT TOAD alarm still goes off when door opened......
ANY SUGGESTIONS AT ALL PPL.........................
Battery is ok.only replaced few months back..Batt connections look ok.....
NO LIGHTS...NO POWER....NO NOTHING.100% DEAD.........

You reckon....
Usually get something if batt on way out...there is nothing at all...............

does sound like the batt is not connected thou
no lights, (alarm shouldnt stop that)
pressing keyfob, setting off alarm (no batt, so alarm backup to stop stealing car)

can do anything with any fob and NOTHing Drew...........
when alarm goes off when door opened the indicators etc not flashing like they should....no lights what so ever...
I read my alarm book but can't see anything there.....
Battery connections look ok.......

i mean the other earth, not batt side, the engine/chassis side

i would get a mate to come and put some jump leads on it and see if you get any dash lights then

Mine did this when battery went broke! Alarm wouldnt stop. Might have a drain and battery? Put new one on and itll fix!

Can't see earth strap going to chassis...
Alarm is not going off now when opening door with key..
Plugged radiator fan back in and still running..
Where is the fan for radiator getting the power??????
have to wait till tomorrow to try a new batt but 95% it's not that..
ben terminals look ok...........
Power to fan how???????but no power to anything else...
v6 engine is huge and can't see much anywhere

got car all locked up manually...........

fan belt loose maybe stopped sending a charge to the battery??
Ur alarm got a backup siren? and thats y u got no indicators going?

maybe..
just talked to a guy that used to be mechanic and he thinks deffo something to do with batt too...just never seen it happen like this..
don't think anything loose or that....
car been great all day.....also car has sat for days in the last few weeks and always started 1st time...
????dunno....
rad fan still going though
