Think rasterized photo's look better in black & white personally. And like Dave17 says, a decent printer is all u need t do this.
But it's still cool It's given me an idea to do a whole wall in my bedroom when I have time (and can think what image to use)

ive been googling for an age looking for a similar frame i cant find anything only thing thats comes close is to get a huge A1/0 frame, but it wouldnt look as good
