Media Magic Computers (Part Time)
Technical Engineer. In charge of designing and building new computer systems and repairing old computer systems to customers requirements. I was part of the Local Area Network design team I have extensive knowledge in LAN, TCP/IP, BNC and RJ45 (Cat5) cabling, computer hardware and software. I have basic/advanced knowledge in ISP, HTML, website construction using professional tools such as Net Objects Fusion and FrontPage 2000, 2001, 2002. I am confident using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher. Graphical correction using tools such as Adobe Photoshop 5,6,7 and Macromedia Fireworks MX. I am familiar with a whole range of Operation Systems such as MSDOS6.0 Windows 3.11, 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT and XP. I also had to talk to customers over the phone to take orders and to troubleshoot.
