Rear disks - Nice and easy... Simply a rear disk conversion but using equipment off of a 5 stud Vauxhall.

Front hubs. Machine some 5 stud hubs down to fit onto the Corsa bearings. They will break though if you ever plan to tkae your car onto a track.

The front is simple because you have done a 2.0 16v conversion...

How do the hubs know you're on a track?
What if you disconnect the "am I on a track sensor" - will that fool it? Will a paperclip test work?

Hub designed to work with w ammount metal on bearing knuckle. You get x machined off the hub there is them y more stress/metal fatigue on the hub so when cornering hard the hub will break more easily because the knuckle on the hub is now z thick.

Or you could get the holes filled in on some M-Tec hubs and re-drilled...

You know how to do it now though... I'd recomend getting an engineering company to modify some M-Tec or Cossvaux hubs. If fact, Cossvaux could probably make some for you seeing as they apparently make all thier stuff themselves...

Yup, they're the same ones as MTech use. I noticed that when you uploaded photos of your hubs the other day.
