what about having two lights at the left and right of the number plate and have it just above the mesh where it dents in...

self adhesive plate, don't know how you would light it though. tvr plate, lit from back, cut into bumper? square plate in bottom right corner?

funny how you need a light on the back but not on the front, try looking at some other cars with smooth rear...

you could place a small custom pannerl where it dips in?

not too sure where you could put it mate but when you've decided i'd go to a scrap yard and get the numer plate light off a car that has is number plate mounted in a similar way to yours and then wire the light up to the wiring left from your old corsa number plate light and then you are sorted. It gonna be somehwere flatish where ever you put it (obviously! LOL) so u'll need to light it from the side where ever you put it so i'd suggest a sierra one woud do the job, a few people off here have used these with no problems
