it will be fine.... lowering on just springs shouldnt have any problems... my corsa was on 40mm Gmax... and it wasnt that bad... eibach's are better quality and 30mm is less so I would think fine

Well from my experience on my corsa with 16s 195/45 tyres lowered on 35mm chassis dynamic springs the ride was very hard. I could basically feel every single bump on the road. Everyday driving became more of avoiding bumps or remember where every bump was so it could be avoided next time. But to have good looks you have to sacrifice something else and from the looks of the corsa i would possibly do it again 
So glad i went for a CTR, the power compared to the corsa is a different league lol. When i turned on my a/c on the corsa you could feel the car become a tiny sluggish but you dont get nething like that on the CTR

But can you imagine the running costs on the lotus, my CTR now is ok, i can get around 250 miles on a full tank (Vtec being used of course).

The standard bridgestones are very crap and you dont get much traction in them. The CTR i bought was very unused hence i still have the original factory tyres on them
But the petrol consumption on the CTR is quite expensive  So far i havent filled her up with optimax yet because i am a cheap skate having spent 7k over the last 2 weeks on the car
Should put some optimax in her soon, been filling her up with unleaded.

Have a race against an XE corsa and I think you'll change your statement
tbh I really dont rate the CTR, for nearly £15k and putting out nearly 200bhp you'd think it'd be something special plus there just as common as the scooby or corsa now lol, i'd much prefer a Evo or if it was for something newer a Leon Cupra R in either red or yellow

I've had my CTR 2 weeks now and I absolutley love it, so glad I chose it. Just need to wait until I hit the 600 mile mark so I can hit the VTEC properly (I have been tempted once or twice already)

I think everyone will be tempted by the 600 miles mark lol. The good news was that i bought one that had alredy been run in hence Vtec on the way back from collecting the car
