Why would you wanna do this, it won't look good. It will only cost a fex qid anyway but I would say put a proper GSi badge on from the new Astra + Zafira.

Not a badge, a sticker

If you go back to the days when Nova GSi's were released they had GSi on the side, this will look the same only with 16v on the end.
