sorry i havnt replied, i was having a shit okay.

i came down with rob at beginning of this year, i used to think he was larite even tho of his chavness, but ive realised lately he is just like the rest of them.

3-4 weeks is a long time if you dont answer any phone calls. if you explained from the beginnin to salon it was going to take that long that is fine, but u purposely ignored him for that amount of time.

and please dont call me darling, i dont want to add gay to the list of names for you.

im off now, so ill speak to u later if u want or if im in bolton on thursday u can have a word if theres any other issues you want to sort out.

i always treat my clients with the respect and decency they deserve, after all, im making money off them

if one of their friends/aquaintences/employees turned round to me and abused me and my company i'd take it on the chin and ignore it, if you persue it, you risk losing future customers and your business wont go anywhere

to be fair, i dont really know whats gone on and why every ones going nuts, but if i owned a company and registered on a large web site where i was hoping to get abit of buisness from, i certainly wouldnt be carrying this on.

i will explain there was a small postage problem with a customers package which has now been resolved. whis was nothing to do with tweedle dum n tweedle dee but they seem to have a problem woth me who has never met them before and wish to slate me and our businessfor no reason. thats the story so far am sure u can apreciate that a new business has glitches and takes time to get off the ground. and it doesnt help when these 2 r slating us on here.
