Is it possible to remove the A pillar covers from the interior without taking the dashboard out?

doubt it, you might get away with unbolting the sides and bending the dash out a bit and sliding them out... but i can't guarantee it

I managed to get mine out with a bit of work...

had to undo the front-half of the roof skin tho to do it
