hi people

I fittee my lockwood dials the other day, got them in ok then when put it back together my speedo is badly off ( it reads 0mph when going about 20mph) the needle sits about half a centimeter from the mileage reset button

has anyone else had this problem?
i didnt removr the speedo needle so dont understand whats wrong?

any advice appreciated before i go to vauxhall and get some bum lovin

you have got the correct corsa dials havent you, there are a couple of diffo types sounds like you have the wrong ones...

they are the same as my old lockwood ones. The speedo dips down the the milage rest button

TTT, went to vauxhall, they said it could be the cable, sound right ??

you've almost certainly got the wrong dials mate, if youve got a speedo cable then the dials start at 10mph, its the electric speedos which start on 0

mine is electric speedo which starts at 0. i was told to put the dials back in with the needle of the pin, turn the ignition on and than put the needle back on, sound OK ?
