hi just a bit of advice needed really,i bought a new bumper off a well known bodyshop firm that is also a premium trader on here,i ordered it tuesday with next day delivery coming to a total of £300,nothing has arrived and ive phoned bodyshop who say its been sent and that theyll chase it up with the courier,they never get back to me tho and when i ring now it just rings and rings and no one picks up,ive sat in for 2 days now waiting for this to arrive and still nothing,makes me so mad as my car is in bodyshop and i need it for monday,i dont want to name and shame but i think the customer service is sh*t

wud rather not say at the min,but i wish id gone elsewhere-unfortunately when they have ya cash its too late and they seem to lose interest

yep lookin through old post history it seems im not the 1st,i only went there cos i heard someone say quality was good,hard to prove but it just really pisses u off when u are 90% certain u r being lied to on the phone,got a v.i.c check on tuesday and unfortunately it wont pass without a bumper

You possibly need to borrow a bumper for the test, if its lost then it's not going to be replaced and redispatched before then.

Frustrating to say the least.

why are these unreliable people STILL premium traders even after all of the posts ya read on here?

the only bit that really fooks me off is that i asked if they had it in stock and explained my situation i.e needing it before today,on the phone but they said yeah no prob we have 1 in and took payment,if theyd just said they didnt have it id have gone elsewhere.

Been in that same boat mate. They overcharged me, and said they had dispatched it twice when they had no intnetion of sending it. It only got sorted thanks to Red_Sxi and Horizion.

I dont get why they are still premium traders also. They also seem to be defended quite a lot. I would never have ordered from them if i'd seen the posts, but i believe they usually end up deleted
