as most of u are aware about my crash which wa not my fault the police are charging me for driving without due care and attension (3-9 points) then if i get found out guilty they will blame me for the crash. All because i have not made a statement and have been down there twice (once police did not turn up) and they are saying i have had a chance and now i will go to court .they are charging me upon the taxi drivers statement and what i supposedly said to the police man at the crash when they come which i know i did not say ( accused of saying "i only took my eyes off road for a 2nd for ppl who aint read about the crash)

so what would you do now? i cant do a statement now because i am goin to court . its making me angry and pissed off but i aint gonna get stressed anymore aver it.

so need help on

what will happen to me if i get found out guilty
what points ect and fines
how long will the ban be? (i am only alloud 6points btw)

I'd try and get some legal advice from a solicitor or something

its do unfair that just because you're young and got a modded car - you get the blame

and the police are probably too scared to accuse the taxi driver in case they get called racist and get into trouble - harsh but true

its called "bitch slap the police" the police in this country suck so hard, they stopped me when i was doing 25mph in a 30 zone BUNCH OF CUNTS
