I don't see how he can possibly contest blame, the accident was clearly caused by his entry in to your lane. Best of luck with the outcome, and don't forget to go for compo, everone else does these days, way of the world. You may as well see a few grand for your troubles.

thanks ppl , but in my other post ull now c it aint all good. i am now gonna b fighting just for my lisence , never mind compo. i really do hate these pieces of shit, hes saying i come on wrong side of road, theres 4 paki driver witnesses that WERE NOT there when it happend and i saw a few turn up after ,there saying i wa on wrong side of road. police wont take my witness as a witness because he dint c it all happen, they aint even taking my passenger bcause he had been drinking! i seriously dont know what to do now , i will get sacked from my job if i have no lisence and i am depressed so bad
