how many litres o fpaint do you need to respray a whole car......

am talking......door shuts...under bonnet.....etc....everything that is already panted the car colour basically..

so how many litres do you need

also it would have a bodykit...spoiler and some interior bits colour coded the same color

2-3 litres of basecoat.
plus then the primer
and laquer
plastic primer

my bro has just ordered 3 litres of paint for his colour change, (he works at ford bodyshop so im guessing he has or someone there told him how much to get)

preimer, well it depends on the condition of your existing paintwork really.

you only need to prime over filler or bare metal. so probably not that much, its really cheap though.

i ordered 3 litres of perlecent basecoat and 5 litres of laquer. costing me £150 for it all. but thats at trade price.
