yes very challenging mate will need to weld the cav floor pan in for propshaft tunnel, shorten propshaft and find someway of mounting rear diff at the very least.

you would have to cut both floor pans shorten the cav one to fit, fabricate a rear suspension setup, shorten the proshaft and fit the rear cav setup for the hubs etc and possibly shorten those shafts aswell

good stuff if you can machine all the parts go for it
only real headace for me would be the independant rear suspension setup and mounting the rear diff and finding a new home for fuel tank and filler and routing of the exhaust

Used 4x4 system from Calibra Turbo or Cav.
Increased front track with of corsa so that it is the same as the cav. (as using cav driveshafts all round)
Removed steering rack & refitted 30mm higher up bulkhead so as to clear transferbox. Still very tight though.
Fabricated new lower crossmember to accept rear gearbox mount.

Rear- cut original corsa floor pan out to behind front seats. Weld in Cav floor pan to mount original cav independant rear suspension & diff. Petrol tank fabricated in boot.

Prop shaft shortened by 180mm. (taken from the the third section of the shaft at the rear diff end).

It is possible to do, but involves a lot of time to make parts, fit them, remove them, modifiy them then refit them etc.

engines is easy side

beardy - out of interest, do you know how much wider the front track would need to be to match up with the cally turbo one?
