alright, wen i put my sterio in i had to take my ashtray out coz it wouldnt fit in **dont ask me y i tried everything** so i covered the hole up with a bit ov mesh. so what i want to do is wire a light up that comes on when the interior light come on when u open the door etc... n e ideas n e 1 how to do it???

peice off pish, wiring that is, one wire connected to earth, other to the door switch. door opens, light comes on.

Otherway round mate, one connected to a permanent live, and another connected to the door switch (door switch is a ground remember)

im doin this with footwell neons im just gonna disconnect the interior light and use its wiring
