All,

I have had my Corsa C SXi 1.2 16v for a year now and am bored with it, I want to make it a bit quicker, and look a lot better

1. What is the best kit & spoiler to buy for it? ***Pics if possible***
(I want to keep my front fog's if possible aswell)
2. What are the biggest alloys I can fit in standard arches?
3. What suspension should I buy, and how low can I get it?
4. What engine mods should I fit that won't increase my insurance that much?
5. What exhuast should I buy?
6. Anything else you would recommend I do?

Also any ideas on prices for the above would be helpful

Thanks

Paul

1. people will post kits here, but choose yourself, mix n match kits too
2. i got 18s on no probs with stock body.
3. a full suspension kit, coilovers if you can afford it!
4. induction kit, exhaust, after that they start shafting you.
5. whatever one you like.
6. take the vauxhall and corsa 1.2 badges off the back of it, and get tints, and some ice!

JC design kit, or Irmsher(sp), mix and match, try to get it right

2. What are the biggest alloys I can fit in standard arches?
19's with little work I think, i think i heard they have done 20's or something? but I dont know how much work that involed

3. What suspension should I buy, and how low can I get it?
can get pretty low (60mm?) i think, get some coilovers if you want to do it right

4. What engine mods should I fit that won't increase my insurance that much?
there arent that many mods for the 1.2 engine i think, I believe theres a piece of £800 kit you can bolt on that gives quite a bit BHP but I dont know much more on it (anyone care to fill in?)

5. What exhuast should I buy?
If you want looks and sound, go to your local powerflow centre and get something special.

6. Anything else you would recommend I do?
tinted windows, single wiper maybe?

hope that was some help, if i'm wrong anywhere someone please correct me.

19s and up you need the inner arch liners out, rear bumper fettled, and arch bolts out and a little plastic arch trimming.

your referring to a inlet manifold, i dont think it was lexmaul, theres a thread on ere somewhere.

Cheers for all your help/pics

I have been looking @ a PiperX Viper induction kit @ £250

Would this be worth it for the money?

not worth the money - it aint gonna do much to a 1.2

Better just drilling the airbox and getting a panel filter - cheap option, will give you a bit of noise and help the revs pick up a bit quicker.

What about the BFO Cone?

They have one specifically for my model, does this give out a decent sound?
