easy peasy to fit soleniod, i just bolted in a piece of thin metal and bolted the soleniod to that, i got the guide from the general modifying manual that haynes do. then earthed it, and got the alarm people to wire it onto my alarm

a ruff guess, erm 150? i really dont know, one tip is do all the prep work, and just give them the finnal top coat ans lacquer to do, save you some pennies.

if you trial fit the soleniod before spraying it then you can get it set up nice and level. i have to do mine on the car as all i did was smooth the whole in the tailgate trim out and colour code it.

if u dont wire the solenoid into an alarm u can wire it to the rear wash wipe as u r taking that out.

but make sure you disconect it from the stalks or the boot will open when you wipe the window!!!!

u can leave the stalk connected u just wire the solenoid to the wire which works the washer jet on the rear window, as that way u wont open the tailgate if u go to operate the wiper motor only when u use the pump, as u r removing the motor u wont have the wiper.

i just hooked mine up to these wires in the boot, but then found the wire (which runs downt the left side of the car) and then cut this to make my switch.

It saves having to worry about knocking the wiper stalk, or having to run new wires into the boot
