When the car has just been started the revs sit quite low and the car feels like its gonna stall, but it goes. the problem is it often stalls when i let off the gas. sometimes when changing gear and it cuts out on me round a corner, or mainly at junctions. then it doesnt like to start up again. and i sometimes have to bump start it or abandon it for a bit.
Its a N reg 1.2 premier.
I've had the ECU checked and all the errors cleared, but it still does it.
I'm getting an astra 1.8 sport early next year, but i'd love to be able to sell the corsa private, if i cant sort out the fault, ill have to part-ex it.
Any help much appreciated

(and no, its not the battery) i'm thinking maybe the alternator, but what do i know?

ORRRRRR

The speed sensor in the speedo head. Had the same problems a few weeks back. Just buy a new speedometer (scrappy) if it ain't the ICV.
My car drives quality now.

ok peeps, i've had the car checked out again, and it isnt showing any faults on the ecu still, so they havent come back, i mentioned to the mechanic that i thought it might be the idle air control, but he said it would have shown up when he tested the ecu...?
what to do????
