So as you have accepted the gear box oil temp must have been low, so meaning the resistance was greater, and it gave a higher bhp @ fly figure. which will be innacurate.

stick to the @ wheels figure. it is more accurate.

ohh and dont get a janspeed manifold, they are cack. get a gmc 4-1 or a miltek 4-2-1.

138bhp is accurate in my book...

120bhp 106's dont stay with clio's running 150bhp or pass VTS's at 110

and alsooooooooo

if the gearbox is puttin up greater resistance and the flywheel figure is worked out through that then in theory my car would run a higher fly wheel figure id of warmed the oil

cheers marc.

his gti got 99 @ the wheels. my vtr got 92 @ the wheels.

i dont go around saying i have 130 @ the fly, lmfao. a more accurate figure is around 120bhp.

before you ask, no my VTR is not standard.

any figure @ the fly is just a educated guess.

increasing the psi in the front tyres can give a greater figure at the fly, but it wont make the car go any faster. lmfao.

All the cars RR'd that day were pretty much standing cold still for at least 1 or 2 hours before they got on... all ran pretty much expected results.

kerry how would warming up the g/box oil increase the fly figure? lmfao

it would not. it would give a more accurate fly wheels figure. plus i'm not talking about your veccy.
