does anyone have any suggestions? when i change gear my hole car violantly judders and it feels like the engine is gunna fall out the bottom of the car. But it only happens when i just start it up once i ve drove a few miles its fine, its a corsa sri 1994 has anyone else had any problems like this?

gearbox oil may need changing, could also be clutch?? best taking it to a garage to get oil levels checked/possibly even change the oil for new & also maybe get a new clutch too

Change your gearbox oil defo, to refill it take our your reverse light switch, its the easiest place to fill it. My 1.4 8v wouldnt go into 2nd when cold, but its fine now

Sounds like the clutch is slipping badly when cold.
