My iphones sleep button on the top has jammed by the looks of things, its an iphone 4 but will the apple shop deal with it? i have a gold 02 insurance package or is it easier just to go to an 02 shop? had this phone for over 2 years now and this is the first thing i have had a problem with

Apple will charge you £120 to replace the handset as it's going to be out of warranty (unless you bought 3 year AppleCare). Go through your insurance if it covers, although it could put your premium up in the future.

ive managed to take the back off and get it working at the moment but i think i may just go into the apple shop and see what they say.

From the way iPhone people go on about Apple i would of thought you would just open your front door and an apple man is stood about in the garden with a new iPhone ready in case yours breaks
