Just a quick question, do you absolutley need iTunes for an iPhone to work? It's because we have several iPhones for our 'higher managers', and my manager and the receptionist (both have iPhones & iTunes) and they are consistant that you need iTunes to work the iPhone, but we only use Outlook E-mail (which is all Synced sp?), phone & texts.

You need it to set the handset up initially and also to update them.

You need it to backup and sync the phone with your PC too. If you're using Exchange then it doesn't matter as much because everything's online.
