there made to run for 50+ miles in the frezing snow. they dont make good couch potato dogs, you can never ever ever ever ever loose the off the lead as they will fuck of and not come back, they are escape artists and can easily climb 6ft vertical wall.

So True, ours has escaped a number of times and refuses to come back, in fact he just legs it.
Hes managed to climb up a fence, hes managed to break through the fence, and even jumped a gate and got out the front door

He can sometimes be too much work when my Dad walks him, so my dad just ties him to his push bike and rides along with him

Yeah that picture is a few months old - he was only a baby!

His ear has dropped down now - i need to get some more up to date pictures, he's more like a small dog than a rabbit - about as house trained as they come, scratches at the back door when he wants a shit then scratches to come back in again

they're bred to love all humans too, so make shit guard dogs, and they were bred to run away frmom shouting, so when they were pulling a sled, the shouting would make them speed up, so if one gets off, they run the more you call them, and they aint scared of shit, a bus and a lorry is as scary a leaf to them. amazing dogs, but so much work. better off with a white shepherd. similar look but more pet dog
