Well heres the story.
My fan has never come on when the car's hot since I bought it  - thought it was fan switch as when you bridge the wires it comes on!
Changed the fan switch yesterday and still didn't come on
Could there be an airlock? Other things stopping it coming on?

How hot are you letting it get.
Most corsas have a 102 degree fan switch.

Really? Think I let it get to 100 as didn't want to damage anything.

i always thought that was a bit high so i fitted a switch to turn it on when i like

loads of crap at the bottom of the rad blocking the fan switch, maybe.
