ive got the kind where the back bench sits in plastic rubbers. how do you remove the rear bench as im a bit stuck of how to remove it.

Do you mean the base in the back (that you sit on)?? If so then there should be a screw in each plastic hinge thing. Take these out then push the seat out (up and towards the rear of the car)

its a one pieace sri, the seats just look like they sit in a closed off plastic runner
