i m looking to lower my 5 door corsa with a 40 mm drop, i need some help, i m just dropping it to smarten it up but i don't wanna loose the car ride, sof i go for a set of shock and spring kits will the corsa still ride fine? i got another problem concering the the wheels and tyres i got 195/50/15 tyres with 6.5 X 15 alloy wheels with an et of 38, if i drop the car with 40 mm drop will the tyres rub like shit with the car full at the back or even empty?

ive got the same wheel and tyre spec on my 3 door, lowered 40mm and they only catch if you have a full load in the back on severe dips.
i imagine 5 door should be the same

you got lowering springs joey or a shock and spring kit? if yes does it ride fine?

it looks like its just cheap gmax springs on standard shocks, ride is harsh but bearable, handling wise it never lets go

did you get any arch work done cause of any scrubbing?

if u always have a full heavy car in the back and drive pretty fast over bumps all the time then i suggest getting different offset wheels 45 or 49. u wont get any scrubbing then.

ive got the same offset wheels but 7j wide and they only rubbed when i had a full car over big bumps as joey said
