Right the car broke down the other day, the battery went flat for some reason, tried to jump start it but it wasnt working. Got a new battery fitted it then when i started it it reved really high then the revs just go up and down, (see video)

Could it be the idle control valve? any ideas and help

could be air flow meter my 1.2 sounded the same and that sorted it

Not the air flow, that was replaced only 2 months ago
