No.
No Corsa B came with 15 inch wheels, 205 with a 55 aspect ratio will knock the speedo out by a mile.

It's not that simple, the first number in the above case, (195) is the width of the tyre in mm, the next one is the aspect ratio which is the height of the sidewall, in that case 45 denotes that it is 45% of the width, so 87.75mm, the last is the diameter of the wheel in inches, in that case 15".
It is down to how these operate together, I have 205/40/17 on my car.

shit mate confuzed the hell outta me lol.. i got a bog standard 95 montana.. and i need alloys... don't know what to go for tho.. a lot of people seem to go for 195/45/15 or 16 for some reason

Best bet is to decide what size wheel you want (or what you wish to use the car for?) and take it from there.
The main thing with how the measurements work together is to keep the rolling diameter as near to standard as possible in order to keep some form of accuracy in the speedo.
