My car is sick judders like the judder man.
Has got alot worse since I fitted new ngk plugs (bpr6e/1.4 8v) In the manual it says 0.8mm gap for a bosch plug but I was unable to get this at short notice Would the gapping be the same ?
My tax and mot haave just ran out and I think the car would fly past the mot just for this problem as I believe it could affect emissions.
I have a fila it has .003/0.08mm is this the same as 0.8mm

Yeh was kind of obvious there different sizes, the gauge I have only goes to 0.33mm
rest are too rusted to see the numbers.

I got to 0.78 or could have 0.83 ?
I just diden't think the spark plug gaps would have such a big affect on the car
Runs like shit.
will have to scrap it if i cant get it sorted as i have no where to store it

Truns out cylinder 2 isnent sparking so maybe coil pack or ht leads needs replacing.
I put the old plugs back in which were put in by the pervious owner and there pretty smooth even on 3 cylinders, halfords one were massively worse massive judders so maybe I picked up the wrong ones ? or maybe they dont have a clue, cost me £11 and they made it worse
Is halfrogs correct in saying (bpr6e/1.4 8v) ?
