The baffles in th middle box are presumably knackered and are rattleing quite loudly to say the least.

Is there any way to sort it without buying a new box? reason for asking is that it's in quite good conditiom (externally). Another thing I thought about was replacing the box with just a tube welded in, would this make any difference noticable difference in any way?

Oh it's a standard system on a 1.4 sport

If it looks new, is it not under warranty?

If not, then I don't think there is a fix for it, apart from replacing.

It's not new by far so no guarantee, it just looks "clean"
